Privacy and cookies

Who processes the data

Health & Beauty Amy, Via Toscana 2g, 59100 Prato. Contact: 320 575 7320.

What we collect

This website has no forms and, without your consent, uses no profiling cookies. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: its script loads from Cloudflare and collects only aggregate data (page views, country, device type), without cookies and without identifying visitors. Your device keeps only two technical notes, with no personal data: whether you closed the event card, and where you were on the page when you switch language.

WhatsApp, WeChat, telephone

The buttons open the app you choose. The message is sent only when you press send, and from that point the WhatsApp (Meta) or WeChat (Tencent) privacy notice also applies. We use your name, number and text only to reply to you and to set the appointment.

Map

The map loads only when you reach the «Find us» section: at that point the browser requests map images from OpenFreeMap, which receives the IP address as with every web request. Everything else, including fonts, libraries and photographs, is served by this website, except Cloudflare's analytics script.

Photos

Photos captioned «In the centre» were taken at the centre. Other treatment pictures are illustrative. We do not publish photos of clients without written consent.

For how long

Conversations remain in messaging apps for as long as needed to reply or to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data by contacting us (Articles 15–22 GDPR), and you may contact the Garante for the protection of personal data.
